Cerros del Aguila Urbanisation Facilties : Cerros del Aguila Community facilities are only a short 10 minute walk from Casa Katrin. There is a very large pool with a toddlers paddling pool next to it. This is an ideal place to give your children a little more space to play, make friends and for you to keep a close eye on them. In the summer months there is a Lifeguard on duty during the day. Overlooking the pool there is an excellent Bar/Restaurant that has been run for the past 30 years by Antonio & Catty. In the summer months they have a weekly Flamenco Show and other entertainment. In this area there is also a Tennis Court that can easily be booked by a system that you will find in our details on your arrival.

You are very Important to Us: Communication with you before your arrival at Casa Katrin is important to us with regards to flight details, telephone numbers etc. You will be dealing directly with the owners of Casa Katrin so that we can ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday from start to finish. We have an excellent Manangement team in place with Julie & Belinda who will be looking after you during your stay in our Villa. Julie & Belinda will be at Casa Katrin to meet you, show you around and make you feel at home and answer any questions you may have. Casa Katrin will be cleaned and made ready for your holiday. Linen and towels will be provided except towels for the pool and the beach which you must provide yourselves. If you run short of linen just call Julie or Belinda and they will give you a fresh supply. Daily Maid Service or extra cleaning visits can be arranged for you if you wish. We will be able to quote you for this service with your booking.
