Casa Katrin has 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a private pool, lovely terraces and gardens and sleeps maximum 8 persons. We have recently installed a lift to the top floor which is wheelchair accessible. This Spanish Andalucian Villa is situated in a tranquil location with stunning mountain and sea views but only a 25 minute drive by motorway from Malaga Airport. This region will appeal to all ages and interests as Casa Katrin is near golden, sandy beaches, warm Mediterranean sea, rocky coastline and landscapes of natural beauty. It is close to many outstanding golf courses and riding stables where you can hire horses or take lessons. There are picturesque villages to visit dating back to Roman times and a bustling nightlife in Fuengirola and other towns along the coast with numerous restaurants, bars, discos and shows. Relax and have fun in the sun by the sparkling private pool, have lunch al fresco on the terraces or light up the barbecue and enjoy a glass of local wine.

Casa Katrin Apartment is set on the 1st floor of a very large villa. It has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with balcony with a view of the Mijas moutains. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and 2 extra Z beds that can be placed to choice. 1 bathroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen/lounge diner. The use of a private pool, lovely terraces and gardens. The rates shown are for occupancy of 4 persons, extra persons, rates pro rata. The dining table is a very large antique french dining table that will seat 8 people or more. There is Sky TV, DVD player, sound system and central heating. This Villa is a strictly NO SMOKING Villa but smoking is allowed outside in the garden, patio and balcony areas.

Casa Katrin is situated between Fuengirola, Mijas and La Cala. The town and beach of Fuengirola is 5 mins by car, the village of Mijas 15 mins by car and La Cala town 10 mins by car. Every Wednesday there is a weekly Flamenco Show organised by the town hall at midday in the main square in Mijas village. The entertainers are the municipal dance group and spectators are offered a free glass of Malaga wine, courtesy of the Mijas Tourist Office. Every Saturday from September to May there are free guided walks in the beautiful rural areas of the municipality organised by the Mijas Foreigner's Department. The walks leave Mijas town hall at 10am and last for between 2 and 4 hours. The rural guides, who speak English, have designed their own routes, which are suitable for all the family.

Cerros del Aguila Urbanisation Facilties : Cerros del Aguila Community facilities are only a short 10 minute walk from Casa Katrin. There is a very large pool with a toddlers paddling pool next to it. This is an ideal place to give your children a little more space to play, make friends and for you to keep a close eye on them. In the summer months there is a Lifeguard on duty during the day. Overlooking the pool there is an excellent Bar/Restaurant that has been run for the past 30 years by Antonio & Catty. In the summer months they have a weekly Flamenco Show and other entertainment. In this area there is also a Tennis Court that can easily be booked by a system that you will find in our details on your arrival.

You are very Important to Us: Communication with you before your arrival at Casa Katrin is important to us with regards to flight details, telephone numbers etc. You will be dealing directly with the owners of Casa Katrin so that we can ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday from start to finish. We have an excellent Manangement team in place with Julie & Belinda who will be looking after you during your stay in our Villa. Julie & Belinda will be at Casa Katrin to meet you, show you around and make you feel at home and answer any questions you may have. Casa Katrin will be cleaned and made ready for your holiday. Linen and towels will be provided except towels for the pool and the beach which you must provide yourselves. If you run short of linen just call Julie or Belinda and they will give you a fresh supply. Daily Maid Service or extra cleaning visits can be arranged for you if you wish. We will be able to quote you for this service with your booking.
