Chez Trionfi is a precious pearl, hidden amidst Venice's calles (lanes), a nest to be cherished with one's beloved after exciting days spent discovering the laguna. The romantic apartment is in Calle de Bombasieri, right behind Rialto Bridge, in the Sestiere San Marco, a few minutes walk from the famous Piazza S. Marco and right in the centre of all thriving cultural activities the city has to offer. Chez Trionfi is on the third floor of an elegant medieval palazzo, has an elevator to make it more comfortable with luggage. The apartment, whose surface is of 40sqm, has been carefully renovated and furnished to welcome up to 2 adults and 2 children. It is equipped with a full kitchen, a lounge with double sofa bed, a small attic with two single sofabeds, a bathroom with shower and a lovely terrace with seating for four. San Marco The sestiere of San Marco is the most central of Venice's six districts, and one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Italy. It's no wonder high-fashion designers opened boutiques and shops here that rival the best in Rome and Milan. Art galleries, jewelry shops, and glass showrooms thrive as well. Some of the city's grandest hotels, all with a view of the Bacino di San Marco, are along the quarter mile between Campo Santa Maria del Giglio and San Zaccaria. Windows and the famous Piazza are not the only attractions of this busy sestiere. To start with, it claims one of the most-photographed bridges in the world, the Ponte di Rialto, heavy with history and souvenir stalls. Tucked away in an alley off Campo Manin is the Scala del Bovolo, perhaps the most graceful spiral staircase ever built.

EAT IN VENICE LIKE THE VENETIANS DO: In Venice, snacking is almost a way of life. The Bacari the local down-to-earth version of wine bars, serve tapaslike cicheti, traditionally washed down with a glass of wine, and Venetians stop to snack and socialize before and after meals. Eating cicheti is a social activity, and together with spritz, they are characterized by the spirited and ideas in these lively simple and comfortable establishments. Take Vaporetto boat line 1 from the Santa Maria del Giglio or Accademia stop to San Silvestro. From there, walk along Ruga Rialto, and you will soon reach Do Mori, a Traditional bacaro located past a wide arcade or ’sottoportego’ opening on your left. From Do Mori continue in the direction of campo San Giacometto, the picturesque setting of Bancogiro. This small wine bar – restaurant just 2 minutes away from the Rialto Bridge could not be more down-home Venetian, and yet offer a small but creative range of lunch and dinner dishes.

From San Giacometto, cross the Rialto Bridge and then the square called San Bortolomio. Go through the tunnel-like sotoportego and turn right immediately into a diminutive calle. At the next corner you will find Alla Botte, another favorite spot for cicheti that are the trademark food of this bacaro. The last stop of this spirituous as well as spiritual tour of the Venetian bacari is Alla Vedova on Strada Nova.

petite terrasse agréable
Attention l'espace pour les 2 petites lits est très réduit et ne convient pas pour des tout petit enfants
