Casa Oliva is our holiday retreat just outside the village of Benitachell and 10 minutes drive from the lovely Spanish fishing village of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. If you are looking for a holiday where you can mix exciting evenings out with quiet days by the pool or on the beach, then this is for you. Our villa was built in 2002 and offers the following facilities: • 3 bedrooms (1 king size double plus 2 with twin beds) with ceiling fans • 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) with showers • 10m x 5m private swimming pool (please see the note about the security deposit and showering before swimming) • large lounge with freeview television, dvd player and Cd/radio • glazed naya dining area with large doors leading to the garden • modern kitchen with all the normal equipment including a dishwasher • washing machine plus large fridge and freezer • central heating for out of season holidays. A car is essential as Casa Oliva is in a semi-rural location.

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: 63 at 10 Kilometres

Los Molinos is a small development just outside Benitachell with a mix of large to medium sized detached villas. Javea and Moraira are both equidistant from Casa Oliva and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. In the summer Javea is a bustling seaside resort with a large beach, numerous restaurants and lively night clubs. Moraira enjoys a slower pace again with a number of restaurants and bars, and also a marina that fills with luxury yachts in the summer. If you want a bit more adventure, you can play golf at one of the two golf courses within 10 minutes drive from Casa Oliva. Also from Moraira you can try the jet safari that visits the caves on the way to Javea. Another suggestion is a sampler dive at Scuba Moraira where they can teach you at all levels up to becoming an experienced PADI diver. However, if you are anything like us, you will spend most of your holiday just sitting by the pool with a cold drink and a good book!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Casa Oliva is not available for rental by single sex parties. The hirer must be at least 25 years old on the arrival date unless previously agreed and confirmed in writing by us.

    Rentals are from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please contact us if you would like your holiday to start on a day other than Saturday.

    We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due at least 4 weeks before your holiday is due to start. If you cancel your holiday at least 8 weeks before it is due to start then 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before your holiday we will refund 25% of your deposit. For cancellations less than 4 weeks before your holiday no refund will be made.
  • We also request a £250 security deposit before your holiday which will be returned no more than 3 weeks after your holiday ends if no damage to our villa or its contents is found during the end-of-rental audit and it has been left clean and tidy. We will arrange for the villa to be thoroughly cleaned for you at the end of your stay and this will cost £70.

    Please also note that swimming in the pool with suntan cream on may affect it and turn the water green. You are advised to always shower before entering the pool. If the pool does turn green then specialist treatment is required which is very costly (up to £250!) and will be deducted from your security deposit.

Casa Oliva is a lovely clean house. It is well furnished with taste, in a nice and quiet place.
The owners are very friendly, and honnest there is no problem you can go there without fear!

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday. The villa was very comfortable and had everything that you needed and more. The garden was very peaceful with great views over the valley, we loved being able to cool off in the large pool whatever time of day. Moraira was a great place to spend the evening whether you were eating, sat having a drink or just wandering around soaking up the atmosphere. We would recommend Villa Oliva to anyone and we will be returning.
