This is a prestigious 2 bedroomed air-conditioned property located in one of the best areas of Costa Blanca. It is situated in a small, luxury gated complex which includes two pools which are ideal for children and well maintained gardens to relax in the Spanish sunshine. This attractive first floor appartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large kitchen dinner area and balcony with views of the Mediterranean and sandy beaches. Inside you will find it has all the mod cons and everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine,microwave,hob/oven,fridge freezer,dinning room table and chairs,double bed and two single beds, two 3 seatter sofa's and T.V. with english channels including various sky channels. A very nice complex is close by were you can find all kinds of cuisine from all around the world and a range of bars and sun terraces to wind away those hot summer nights.

The appartment is less than 5 minutes walk (about 250 metres) from the nearest blue flag sandy beach at Playa Flamenca and several others including La Zenia and Punta Prima are within easy walking distance . There is a large and varied street market which takes place every Saturday and many supermarkets nearby including Lidl, Mercadona, and Super Cor. The area is a golfers paradise with 4 excellant courses within 10 mins drive. Other facilities located nearby include watersports, go karting, aqua park, horse riding, fishing and much more. For the younger travellers there is a wide aray of night life in nearby Torrevieja. There are many areas of interest including the Mar Menor, quaint villages like San Miguel and Orihuela itself. The airports of Alicante (50mins) and Murcia (20mins) are within easy reach via the main N332.
