This luxury Mellini style villa is just 200 meters from the beach and a fine selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Recently reformed to a very high standard, offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. The pool is 10 x 5 meters sloping at one end to a depth of approximately 2 meters. It is in a blue mosaic tile and operates virtually chlorine free giving the water a unique gin clear sparkle. The villa is on one level with the exception of the very private Solarium (roof terrace) accessed from an external spiral staircase. The view is spectacular. There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds the other with a double. Both have new bathrooms, one en-suite. The latter also has a separate access to and from the swimming pool terrace. The spacious living rooms are all based on an open plan theme with the lounge and dining areas merging with the modern well equipped kitchen and separated by a breakfast bar, providing a welcoming and homely environment for everyone.

"Pequeño Tesoro" is situated in a peaceful street in Moraira, only 200 metres from a beach and a rocky promontory; ideal for sun bathing and snorkeling. Also within 200 meters is a selection of fine restaurants, bars and cafes. Alicante and Valencia airports are 60/75 minutes away. The larger holiday resorts of Javea, Denia, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm are all a short drive away. The "Terra Mitica" theme park is a 30 minute drive away, as is "Mundoma"r and various golf courses. The village of Moraira and other beaches are only a few minutes away by car, or a ten minute walk along the new cliff and beach path. There are no high rise buildings or large hotels in Moraira. There is a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bars and designer boutiques to suit all tastes, occasions and pockets.

Exterior: Outside the gardens have also received detailed attention with extensive planting of exotic trees and shrubs. An automatic watering system ensures a lush environment throughout the year. A wall surrounds the property giving a great feeling of seclusion. For those who are security minded, shutters and window grills make the villa very secure. Parking within the perimeter is available for 2 cars.

Maid service: Although no daily maid service is available, this essentially self catering holiday villa comes complete in every respect and includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels. We ask you to provide your own towels for beach and pool use. A cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. You will be provided with the villa managing agents contact number should any help or assistance be needed. We are confident that Pequeña Tesoro (little treasure), will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, difficult to better anywhere in this lovely part of Spain and especially Moraira.

Arrival and Departure: The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned and prepared for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.
