Cosy, but comparativly expensive

Most of the description for this first floor appartment is accurate. We very much appreciated the fresh flowers and bottle of wine provided! The location in a quiet, central street is indeed very nice and the good state of the equipment and furniture is very much appreciated, too. The dish washer offered in the description, however, was missing.
25m² were sufficient for us two, but I would not recommend this appartment for more than three people when staying for a week or so.
I'm sorry to point out that some issues were disappointing us. The wall plaster in the entrance area (right of the stairs) is already about to come off - it makes the impression that the recent renovation work was not performed well to some degree. Another example is the bathroom: the pipe between the toilet tank and the toilet falls off easily, as it is not well fixed - this ended up in an unfortunate flooding in the bathroom - although we were able to fix the pipe on our own without major effort, the flooding was quite unpleasant.
Moreover, the radio did not work - probably due to the missing antenna (note that TV is not provided, but radio is listed in the description).
To conclude, we found this cosy 25m² appartment comparatively expensive for what it offers - both in space as well as in quality.
Owner's Response: We were sorry to receive this review as over the last 3 years of renting our apartments in Collioure we have always had excellent feedback. From time to time things break or wear out in houses and the toilet pipe has now been fixed. We provide our guests with the number of our property manager in Collioure, who is on-hand 24/7 to deal with any issues should they arise. We certainly do not expect guests to have to fix anything themselves.As per the apartment description there is no TV but there is DVD and CD. The radio has been checked over and is working fine. There is no dishwasher in the 1st floor apartment.
This apartment is mostly rented out to families and whilst it is small and compact it caters perfectly well for a family with up to two children. We believe that we offer excellent value with our apartments; bed linen and bath towels are included and there is no extra costs for final cleaning,
electricity or taxes de sejour. The apartment is in arguably the best location in Collioure making it perfect for families and couples.
