In a stunning location just a few metres above the sea there is Villa Lefkada with three villa's each located on 4,500 sqm. The style is modern, contemporary making the most of the light and views surrounding them. The views are incredible; every room of the villa' looking out to the same breathtaking vista, whilst the owners have made comfort a priority. Every room benefits from air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with such an idyllic balcony to dine on, eating in will be a more than one off occurrence, despite the fact that the area boasts wonderful fish restaurants and taverns. The villa has a gorgeous swimming pool placed strategically in a 200 sqm terrace to benefit from the fantastic sea views, whilst still being private amongst the olive groves that surround the villas. Outdoor furniture is available. There is a wooden platform at the seacoast for exclusive use of Villa Lefkada to provide ultimate relaxation.

Villa Marcelina is located 45 metres from the sea and 20 metres above sea level on 4.500 sqm of land. There is a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is from the villa direct access to the sea where there is a platform exclusively for the guests of Villa Lefkas. On the mainfloor is a very spacious L-shaped living room, with two French windows which lead to a beautiful veranda. The design of the veranda and the proximity to the sea gives a magnificent panoramic view of almost 270°. The open kitchen is fully equipped. on this floor are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The upper floor has two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. At basement level there is separate studio with a bedroom with sofa/couch and beautiful veranda. There is a small living area Outside there is a spacious sunbathing area around a private swimming pool (50 sqm). There are four different veranda´s each with magnificent seaviews

The Island of Lefkas has always amidst discussion as to whether or not it really is an island, as only joined by a causeway to the mainland. Ironically enough, once actually there, you feel more the pace and the authenticity of island life than many of the more popular island destinations. ‘Traditional’ is a word that is widely used to describe Lefkas, although a trip to the villages will ensure spying at least a few donkeys carrying firewood, elderly ladies in traditional dress carrying baskets on their heads and traditional working villages, you actually don’t have to go very far to see such sights. Lefkas boasts not only some of the best beaches in Europe, Porto Katsiki and Agiofillis, it also has wonderful little coves and crystal clear waters to choose from. Scorpios is just one of the little islands that gather around the bay, notorious for its schools of dolphins. In the morning you will surely watch the spectacular sunrise while the evening you will enjoy the many fish taverns.

  • Prices for the months May, June, September, October and November are based on 4 Persons over 3 years of age. Additional for 5 - 6 Persons in these months is Euro 150 per week.
    Prices for the months July and August is based on 6 Persons.
    There is an additional cost for any person over 6 of Euro 100 per person per week.
    Children up to three years old are free.

    Included in the Prices : Bedlinen and towels (no beachtowels). Cleaning once a week. End cleaning Elektricity and water. Maintenance swimming pool and garden. Hostess locally available
  • Air-conditioning is optionally € 120 per property per week.

There is a wooden deck at the sea coast for private use of Villa Lefkada guests to sunbath, fish or swim in the sea while enjoying the sailing boats that pass by. With the pretty harbour side village of Sivota only a couple of kilometres away, you will find good restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful villa!

We stayed in Villa marcelina for 12 days in May 09 for our wedding. The Villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and the view breathtaking. We were 8 people staying, and it was far from crowded. There was plenty of space by the pool and each bedroom had it's own big bathroom.
The nearest village, Sivota, had a couple of really nice tavernas with excellent food. Nidri is only 15 minutes away in a car if you fancy a night out.

We were all really impressed and would definetly like to come back for another stay!
Owner's Response: Our villa's turn out to be an excellent honeymoon destination. We have had several visitors that married in Lefkada while staying in our villa. The magnificent scenery and romantic setting ensures a lifetime memory.

Villa Marcelina

We rented this villa in June 2008 with four friends. The six of us who stayed there have rented many villas throughout the Mediterranean area in the past but none could match Marcelina for the fabulous view, the quality of the furnishings and equipment or the attentiveness of the local hosts Marino and Beate. We thought that the small harbour area of Sivota with its numerous tavernas, bars and small supermarkets was delightful. The swimming platform was a real bonus but for those preferring easier access to the sea, the beach at Mikros Gialos is reasonably close as is the larger town of Vasiliki which has its own beach and a wider variety of shops and places to eat and drink. The 2 km unsurfaced road from Sivota is a bit bumpy but one quickly comes to accept this as a small price to pay for access to such a stunning location.

We hope to visit again and have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family.
