The villa was newly completed this year and is ideally located close to the main road structure giving easy access to all the main coast and country attractions. It has been thoughtfully constructed & has top quality features such as; 3 fully tiled bathrooms, large play room, balcony to master bedroom, walk in master wardrobe, underfloor heating throughout, solar water heating, large built in log burner. These features ensure it is very suitable for comfortable all year round usage. Externally there is a large garden to 3 sides. To the rear is the main attraction with a private pool 7 x 4m & ranges from 1.2m to 1.8m in depth. There is a large terraced area to take advantage of the south facing aspect & a large BBQ is situated in one corner. Internally you will find all you need to keep you entertained. The separate games room boasts a PS2 games console linked to a flat screen TV. DVDs can also be played. The lounge is equipped with a 37ins flat screen TV linked to Sky, DVD and stereo.

The beauty of the villa location is that it is central to all the important attractions. It is a few minutes drive from the beautiful horse shoe bay of Sao Martinho which boasts on of the finest beaches in the area. It has a narrow outlet to the Atlantic and is therefore very sheltered and safe for all bathers. The beach stretches for miles and so you are guaranteed a place of your own. Foz do Arelho is equally beautiful with its sea water lagoon. It is only 10 kms down the coast and provides shallow safe water for bathing together with large areas of beautiful sand. The historic walled town of Obidos is also only 10 kms away and you can while away a few hours around the narrow winding streets and the fortified walls. Any restaurants you spot on the way round can be logged for sampling later in the evening. Caldas (4kms) is the main town and boasts many fine restaurants together with markets and pedestrianised shopping streets. All the main supermarkets and banks can be found here.

The games room is equiped with a sofa bed which is big enough for 2 children or 1 adult. A baby cot is available in the villa. All the rooms mentioned benefit from underfloor heating beneath the fully tiled floors. Imagine the luxury of getting out of your bed and landing on a warm floor in the middle of winter !
