Excellent self-catering accommodation with a wide range of facilities, ideally situated for exploring the delights of the Loire Valley. Once the home of a wine-maker, it is set in mature and extensive grounds with secure walled courtyards. 13 bedrooms in total, split between the chateau, coach house and cottage. These can be rented in various combinations. Vignerons is situated on the edge of the small wine producing village of Concourson-sur-Layon, known for its “Anjou” and “Coteaux de Layon” wines, some 15 miles from the enchanting town of Saumur and 3 miles from the market town of Doué la Fontaine. Concourson has a reasonably priced restaurant/bar, a boulangerie within walking distance.
