This luxury apartment is situated in the 2nd phase of the Pueblo Don Thomas Golf complex and has the benefit of membership of the country club with two beautiful pools and gym. It comprises a Master bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with bath,separate shower, toilet & bidet. A second bedroom with twin beds and separate shower room,basin,toilet. The beautifully furnished, spacious living/dining area leads onto large terrace ,with amazing views over the adjacent Tecina Golf championship course and the sea. The terrace has the benefit of dining and lounge furniture perfect for Al fresco dining all year round. The large well equipped kitchen is ideal for self catering. There is a laundry room with washing machine. The area is perfect for golfers, walkers and those who love peace and quiet in an all the year round warm,sunny and normally dry climate.Our guests can also enjoy many of the amenities of the nearby Hotel Jardin Tecina (Fred Olsen owned)including discounted green fees.

La Gomera is a small, unspoilt, rugged, magical island in the Canaries. Playa Santiago, the village around the fishing & ferry harbour has small shops, bars, restuarants, a post office, banks, internet facilties, tourist information centre, bus service, taxis, hairdressers, chemist & medical centre. It also has the sunniest weather on the island. The beaches are mainly pebble with some sand. A laurel forest on the higher areas - the Garajonay National Park - is a World Heritage Site. Great for walking, exploring and biking. The Fred Olsen and Naviera Armas ferries link Los Chistianos in Tenerife to the port of San Sebastian, and the harbours at Playa Santiago and Valle Gran Rey. BinterCanarias inter-island flights connect Playa Santiago to Tenerife North & Gran Canaria. Enjoy tranquility, winter sun, beautiful views, good resturants and evening entertainment. Pueblo Don Thomas and Tecina Golf: Pueblo Don Thomas is a new village of apartments and villas with pools near Playa Santiago by the Fred Olsen company. An old Canarian house has been renovated to provide a Country Club house with a pool. The nearby Tecina 18 hole championship golf course was designed by the Scottish golf architect Donald Steel. A challenging course with spectacular views over the Atlantic and of Mount Tiede on Tenerife.The course follows a downhill route through wonderful scenery.Driving range and Club House. Lessons and courses can be booked with the professional. Discounted green fees are available for our guests. From our apartment, the Golf Club House is about 5 minutes by car.

How to get there: From Tenerife South airport take a bus or taxi to the ferry port, Los Christianos. You can book at the port. Fred Olsen's fast ferry (35mins) and Armas ferries go to San Sebastian. From here a taxi, bus or hire car (40 minutes to the apartment). The Line 3 bus (Alajero - San Sebastian) goes to Playa Santiago. If you ask, it will stop at Pueblo Don Thomas (5 minute downhill walk to the apartment). From Tenerife North airport there are two Binter flights each day to the little airport near Playa Santiago.A car is really essential for you to explore La Gomera.

We can recommend staying here after spending a wonderful hot and sunny week at the beginning of Oct.
We fell in love with the beautiful, unspoilt Island.
A hire car is definitly needed to get around and bring walking shoes as there are so many lovely walks.
The apartment is excellent with all the facilities you need including a dishwasher and washing machine and ofcourse a wonderful view over looking the sea.
I strongly recommend a stay here.

La Gomera is a fantastic place: the people and the food are excellent, the unhurried pace of life makes this a fantastic holiday. You can laze by the pool or by the sea, walk through the hills and the national park forest, or play golf on the unique downhill course - something for everyone! The apartment was spotless, spacious, luxurious and everything brand new, this really is a better home away from home. The views from the balcony are fantastic and the village is within easy reach for all your food and drink needs. We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday here for the second time and we believe the greatest test of a holiday is "would you go back again ?" We have booked up already for next year!
