This wonderful and spacious 18th century terraced house has sea and estuary views from all the windows where you can see the many yachts, tall ships and boats coming and going from the nearby harbour and marina. Recently renovated to a high standard, you can relax in the large lounge/dining area with lovely sea and estuary views or enjoy the many attractions which Falmouth has to offer which includes restaurants, family pubs, shops, National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle for its history, small sandy beaches and leisure and fishing trips. Less than a minute's walk are some famous local pubs to soak up the atmosphere. The three storey accommodation offers 4 bedrooms (all ensuite) all rooms with lovely water views: On the 2nd floor there is 1 double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, 1 twin with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC and 1 single. Separate WC on landing. On the ground floor is 1 double with TV with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC.

Tocopilla is the perfect destination for holidays all year round with so much to see and do. Falmouth is the perfect spot for touring the whole of Cornwall and you will be just a short drive to Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Flambards Theme Park , Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.
