This is a new exclusive development with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large roof-terrace with hot-tub spa, and with a private garage space. Our apartment is one of the triplex. The entrance is on the living level with living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) and the second bathroom. The top level is all roof-terrace with table and chairs to enjoy cocktails etc., sun loungers and the jacuzzi/hot-tub. We have the first garage space inside the garage and there is additional parking just in front of the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV with DVD player.
