This 1850 sq ft 3Bed/2Bath villa is situated on an oversised lot overlooking conservation and a large pond where many a wild critter can be seen. It has its own privately screened heated pool which is West facing with plenty of sun lounging area for the 'sun worshipers'. The home is furnished to a high standard and beautifully maintained. It is a spacious 'Great Room' floor plan with a separate Dining Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook overlooking the Pool area. The Master Bedroom has an en suite and a huge King size bed. There is also a Queen size bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The 2nd bathroom has access to the Pool area. The house will comfortably sleep 6 and provides ample space for two family occupancy. In the family room there is a 50' Plasma TV with surround sound, blu-ray DVD player with movies, playstation 2 and a TV in the Master. The property is so equipped you only need to bring your toothbrush, now relax and simply enjoy.

The house is located in the new and popular 'Trinity' area. Publix Supermarket Plaza is a stones throw. Restaurants, Outlet Stores, Banks and a 24hr Walmart Superstore can be found at the Mitchel Ranch Plaza about 2 miles away. Ten minutes Southwest you will find Tarpon Springs, the famous Greek village known for its sponge fisheries and fresh shrimp daily. The nearest beach/picnic area Fred Howard park is also in Tarpon Springs. This beautiful facility has barbeque areas and a large beach which sits in the Gulf of Mexico. Island hop by ferry from Honeymoon Island to Calidesi Island, voted one of the top beaches in the USA. Experience huge expanses of white sand, dolphin encounters, dinner cruises and more at Clearwater Beach. Busch Gardens in Tampa is just a 40 minute drive. The International Mall is fantastic. Play Golf at the World renowned 'Innisbrook' or at one of the many courses found in the immediate area. Try your luck on a Casino Boat or at the Hard Rock Casino.

Notes: There are some optional extras that can be rented by the week, such as a barbeque, crib, highchair and roll away bed for the seventh person to sleep. We do not allow smoking inside the home. There is DVD players in both the Master and Family room along with a stereo system. Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrellas and a Cool Box are there for your use. The Breakfast Nook seats 4 people and the separate Dining Room seats 6 comfortably. The Pool area has 4 sun loungers and a Patio table with seating for six. There are fans in every room to keep you nice and cool during the day and at night. There is even a Hairdryer, Ironing Board and Iron if you feel the need to do Laundry. It is like Home from Home, just come and relax and go home rejuvenated!

This is a beautiful home that has everything you need. The description and photos don't do it justice! we have been home for two weeks now and wish we were still there, not like me I'm usually ready to come home at day 10.

The house is well maintained and spotlessly clean, good customer service, thanks Stuart.

We found the suggested activities, restaurants etc excellent - loved Chillies, Sam's Bar, Busch Gardens and the Science and Industry Museum.

We would recommend this holiday home to anyone in fact already passed information onto someone for next year and look forward to going again 2011, wish it could be sooner!

A delightful house in a quiet location

My wife and I have rented this lovely house for two months for each of the last 6 years and are returning in 2010.The house is always in immaculate condition on arrival and is just as described in the information given on the website. Its location at the end of a cul-de-sac affords peace and quiet and the area is very safe. For golfers there are a number of good 'holiday' standard courses nearby at prices ranging from 30 to 40 dollars a round. Some worth trying are Seven Springs, Timber Greens, The Links, Beacon Woods and Tarpon Woods. Fox Hollow and Lansbrook come in at around 80 dollars. The top local course is The Copperhead at Innisbrook at 130 dollars or so. For those who enjoy the tranquility of nature walks and birdwatching there are many parks and preserves in the area. There are plenty of places to eat out covering the full price range. Service is invariably excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
