Javea Port with its beautiful promenade is a five minute drive away and the sandy beaches of the Arenal are only a further two minutes. This fabulous country style villa is on one level and located on a level 2000 square metres plot with stunning open views of the surrounding countryside. On one side is the famous Montgo and on the other the hilltop of Cumbre del Sol can be seen clearly in the distance. Inland the views extend beyond Gata and Jesus Pobre to the mountains above the Jalon Valley. The tastefully decorated and comfortable, spacious villa consists of approx. 250 square metres build and has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lounge is a large ' L' shape with an original Tosca stone (sand-stone quarried from the beach in Javea) fireplace. The property is centrally heated and benefits from double glazing. There is lots of space outside for al fresco dining, sunbathing, playing football etc. It would make an ideal location for a fabulous holiday.

Javea is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants. Javea Port is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade and a small sandy beach. The traditional 'Old Town' has many tapas bars and a weekly market Nearby golf courses. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Ten minutes drive away is Club de Golf La Sella de Gold Oliva with 18 holes. All these facilities are within 10 minutes drive from the villa.
