The apartment is located on a quiet residential street yet is less than a 10 minute walk from Princes Street. It is on the lower ground floor and is accessed via steps from street level but has the benefit of having it's own main door entrance and a patio area. The flat has an entrance hall which leads into the dining area. To the front is the bedroom, which is nice and bright as it is south facing and to the rear is the comfortable sitting room with LCD TV. This room has a sofa-bed which can increase capacity to 4. Wireless internet is provided.
