Luxury 3 bedroom villa 5mins from beaches and Aldeia do Meco in the Costa Azul. Set within a private video entry gated development of 4 properties. Facing the Atlantic Ocean with far reaching views across the sea to Cascais and Sintra. Designed by an award winning architect, the property is set around a private central courtyard. There is also a large BBQ area ideal for outside entertaining. Its South Californian inside-outside living style provides a relaxed open feeling whilst its two wings offer privacy. The master suite occupies the upper floor and comprises of master bedroom, luxury ensuite shower room and large sun terrace. The ground floor has a large master bedroom with doors opening directly onto the courtyard and shares a family bathroom with a smaller bedroom (with adult sized bunk beds). The main living area is located on the opposite side of the courtyard and offers a living space decorated with top quality furnishings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a WC.

Situated 30km south of Lisbon, Praia do Meco is considered to be the pearl of the Costa Azul with its wide sandy beach and clear surf. Aldeia do Meco offers a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars attracting a very mixed trendy crowd. The local villages also offer a good selection of shops selling local produce and groceries. Sesimbra is an ancient fishing port known for having the freshest fish in Portugal. It is a lively town with excellent nightlife along the promenade yet Sesimbra remains very family orientated. By day there is plenty to explore including the 13th century Castle, Cabo do Espichel monastery, Serra da Arrabida Natural Park, shopping malls & designer outlet village, golf and various sports. Nearby Azeitao is the centre of the wine route with roads lined with vineyards where you can sample fine quality wines and cheeses. The Costa Azul offers a wide choice of beaches many of which have blue flags and each having its own unique features.

Sehr geschmackvolles, schönes, sauberes Haus, nicht weit von einem der schönsten Strände(Praia do Meco). In Aldeia do Meco gibst ein paar geniale Restaurants und vor Ort in Alfarim findert man es etliche kleine Supermärkte, Metzger und ein gutes Fischgeschäft zur täglichen Bedarfsdeckung. Lissabon ist nur 45 Minuten entfernt.

Luxury villa in great location.

We had a great time. The villa was very clean and well maintained, with plenty of room to spread out, making it great as we where with two friends.The modern and light feel of the villa made it welcoming, with everything you could need for your stay provided. The garden was very well planned with great BBQ & dining area, and a seperate sunbathing and relaxing area. Dining out offered a choice of many really good resturants, with plenty of local produce to buy if you wished to eat in. The locals where all friendly inspite of us not speaking the language. Plenty of things to do in the local area, we found a lovely secluded beach at Foz just a few minutes drive from the villa. To make life easier you do require a car even though bus stop is at end of road.Would certainly return again, and have recommed it to friends and family.
