The apartment is situated in Palermo in the centre of Buenos Aires. Palermo is a secure suburb full of restaurants and fashion retailers. There is a supermarket and subway station located within 2 blocks of the apartment. It is a great location for a short or long period stay and can serve as a spring board for exploring the rest of Buenos Aires and Argentina. The apartment itself is a historic Buenos Aires apartment which has been recently renovated. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a futon in the living room. The main bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen size bed. The unit has 1 large and a second smaller bathroom. There is a private balcony and the unit complex has an elevator. The living room is equipped with TV/DVD and stereo and there is a small office which is connected to Wi-FI internet and telephone. The unit also comes with a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. A weekly maid service is included in the price for 2 week rentals or more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The apartment is available for Daily, weekly or monthly rental, the prices are as follows
    Nightly Rental = US$90 (3 night min stay)
    Weekly Rental = US$450
    Monthly Rental = US$1300
    **All payments in cash US dollars, or via internet banking

    A full rental agreement is available and must be signed prior to stay. A summary of the agreement has been provided.

    Check in time is prior to 9:30am or after 3:30pm
    Check out time is before 930am or after 3:30pm
    The property manager must approve an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out in advance

    2. This is a NON SMOKING unit, if guest wish to smoke they should do so on the balcony.

    3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

    4. In general the property will not be rented to students under the age of 25 unless approved in advance

    5. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- To secure the reservation a reservation deposit of 20% of the price corresponding to the length of stay.
  • 6. Security/damage deposit is required upon check in and is in addition to the rental amount. The deposit required corresponds to the length of stay and are as followed:

    -more than 2 weeks US$800

    The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, provided the provisions outlined in the rental agreement are met

    7. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required upon arrival, basically the entire reserved rental amount is due upon arrival. The only exception to this is if the rental period is greater than a month then only the first month rent is due. The advance payment of rent is not a damage deposit; the damage deposit is in addition to this.
  • 8. CANCELLATIONS : In the event that the guests should cancel their reservation for any reason within 30 days of the reserved date the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is canceled with more than 30 days notice to the date booked the reservation shall be refunded in its entirety, in this case a US$25 administration fee will be charged.
    9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per unit is limited to four (4) persons. This PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE ( 3 ) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than 4 days, the guest will be charged the4-night rate.

    10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup and weekly housekeeping for stays of 2 weeks or longer . Amenity fees are included in the rental rate, this includes ADSL internet connection (No computer included) Phone set up (local call connection), electricity, gas, cable TV, and body corporate.

Roomy and Convenient

My travelling companion and I had the luxury of a room each , but there is room to accomodate 4 or 5 comfortably . We had a friend stay for a night and she was able to use the lounge room as her own.The facilities were excellent and the area had a good and safe vibe to it . Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and plenty of transport nearby . I hope to return again . Thanks Seb and Lia for your attention to detail .

Great location and great experience overall!

Two friends and I rented the apartment while spending two weeks in BA for business. The location was excellent -- near great local restaurants, market and subway station. We enjoyed being in a true "local" spot but still nearby to the more tourist areas of Palermo. The apartment has a unique, breezy outdoor pathway to get around, and the three of us all had lots of space (and a great Internet connection) to work either together or separately throughout the day. The balcony that connects the bedrooms was also a great place to relax and unwind with some wine from the super mercado down the street.

Sebastian and the property manager, Lia, were wonderful to work with -- I hope to visit again soon! Be sure to try the Tapas Bar around the corner and the tiny but amazing Parilla down the street!

Excellent Location & Excellent Value

This is a very comfortable condo in a neat location in Palermo. The building is quite secure, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Sebastian, the owner, and Lia, the property manager are great to work with and really have great communication.

The kitchen is small, but we made several meals without a problem. There are several excellent little restaurants, cafes and a supermercado within a 3 block walking distance. The subway is only about 3 blocks away, and there are several takeout pizza and empanada places nearby for easy dinner in. The main bar scene for Palermo is within walking distance, but it is also quite easy to catch cabs at all hours right in front of the apartment.

I would definitely stay there again, and I have already recommended this apartment to another friend staying in BA. Another friend of ours stayed several extra days, and Sebastian was very accommodating. Thanks for everything Seb and Lia!

Apartment in Palermo

This is a very well located apartment in Palermo. Buses to the centro run past the front door and the underground (which is very reliable) is within a 5 min walk. Lots of very good restaurants within walking distance.
The apartment is quite spacious, very clean, well appointed and has interesting artwork. It is on the top floor (5th I think) so the elevator is welcome. The highlight for us was the balcony - there is nothing like a glass of crisp Argentinian white wine in the fresh air in the evening after a day of walking the delightful streets of Buenos Airies.
Dealing directly with the owner was very easy and helpful and the arrival and departure was handled very efficiently by his representative in BsAs.
A most pleasant apartment in an excellent location.

No Surprises

This lovely rental was exactly what we expected, and the owner, Seb was a delight to deal with. Money exchanged hands easily. My deposit was refunded the day we left, and the price is very much worth it for this apartment. My adult son slept on the sofa in the living room and we were all comfortable. Take a good look at the pictures, this is exactly what you will be going to, and in an excellent location convenient to buses and taxis. We would go again and stay here.
