The apartment is located in Rutland Square, an elegant and quiet Georgian square just off Princes Street, so it is superbly positioned for all that the city centre has to offer. There is a recently installed modern kitchenette which has the benefit of washer/dryer. There is a comfortable double bed with plenty of drawer space, 2 armchairs and the flat has a wall mounted LCD TV.

The apartment is located in Rutland Square which is just off Edinburgh's main shopping thoroughfair, Princes Street, which is the very centre of the city. This is therefore a wonderful location from which to enjoy all of Edinburgh's central attractions. You are a stone's throw from one of the world's finest unspoilt Georgian squares, Charlotte Square, where the National Trust for Scotland's 'Georgian House' is based which you can visit. This square epitomises Georgian architecture and planning and is very much what Edinburgh is famed for. If you are flying into Edinburgh airport the 'Airlink' shuttle bus will drop you off at Shandwick Place, a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The journey from the airport to the apartment is therefore 25 minutes door-to-door - this location is therefore difficult to beat!
