This 5 bed villa with private screened pool is situated in the lovely community of Marbella at Davenport with open aspect to the rear from the pool and deck, providing privacy for guests. It is in a peaceful location set in a wooded conservation area, and has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, all crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30 minute drive, the nearest one is only minutes away. A large Publix supermarket is within walking distance and less than 5 minutes by car.

  • There are two impressively large master-bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool on the ground floor which has direct access onto the pool deck, and one is on the first floor with views over the pool and the wide open aspect. Both master-suites have walk-in closets, dressing tables, mirrors, night-tables, lamps, and clock radios. There is Cable TV and DVD player in the downstair’s master, and Cable TV in the upstairs master. Both En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity units and hairdryers. This is a further comfortable double room on the ground floor, which has ample closet space, nightstands, dressing table and mirror, lamps and clock radio and Cable TV. It is next to the house-bathroom. Each of the twins on the first floor has two single beds, chest, nightstand, reading lamp, clock radios, built in wardrobes with plenty of space, and Cable TV. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower and hairdryers.

Notes: The kitchen is open plan and combines with a breakfast bar and kitchen nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The family room has comfortable seating, and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. It has direct access onto the deck and swimming pool. There is 32” cable TV, a DVD player and an PlayStation 2 with controller The formal dining room has seating for six, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. There is also a second sitting room to the front of the home with a stereo system. The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool has been extended to 30’ x 15’, and can be heated when required. There is a child-safe pool guard. The open aspect to the rear offers privacy to guests.

Could not have chosen a better property.It surpassed our expectations and the description cannot do it justice.Property is extremely well maintained and in a quiet peaceful location.Would certainly recommend it to anyone,we loved it! The booking process was smooth and efficent with the owners being extremely helpful.Recommend visiting the Golden Coral for breakfast its easy to reach and on the way to the Theme Parks.For an evening meal try Houlihans on the SR192 great food and service.If you want a day at the coast try Clearwater,beautiful beach , great restaurants and glorious sunsets at Pier 60 only about 90 minutes down the I4 on the Gulf coast.

We had a wonderful time at your villa. Close to everything, Target, Walmart, restuants, and of corse Disney. Nice house layout with 2 bedrooms down and 3 up. Made a nice villa to share with family. We stayed with 3 gen. of family. No one behind the villa made it very nice. They were great to comunicate with and eveything went flawless. I would recomend to everyone. I hope to stay again next year.
