This first floor apartment is privately owned and is ideal for family holidays benefitting from a brand new kitchen, and two new bathrooms. It is less than 100m from the beach and conveniently located for the restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollensa.

The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains. It's lovely setting and old world charm makes it a favorite amongst holidaymakers. Life revolves around it's fabulous sandy beaches, the harbour and the open-air cafés. It is particularly popular amongst families as it offers a safe environment due to much of the resort being pedestrianised and, of course, the locals welcome children wherever you go. With it's beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, Pine Walk leads you into the heart of Puerto Pollensa in only ten minutes. Along the way you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can stop to admire the impressive views of the bay and the mountains. There are lots of beaches along Pine Walk that enjoy the shade of the trees and provide the perfect spot for spending the day on the beach.

Notes: The apartment is well-presented, spacious, air-conditioned and heathed throughout. It has been redecorated and revamped to give greater comfort and style. The large lounge/dining room has ample space for all the family to relax on holiday. From the lounge the patio doors lead onto the balcony with table and chairs for dining al fresco. The kitchen has been re-equipped with a new hob, oven. fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. We have also taken down a wall to make it open plan. A separate utility room with a washing machine and drying area is located through the kitchen
