3 Bedroom fully air conditioned private villa with its own pool (pool heating available), BBQ, full size American Pool Table and Internet Access. Villa is ideally situated on a quiet estate with easy access to Disney World (7 minutes by car). Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and several water parks are 20/25 minutes drive. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and crazy golf all less than 5 minutes drive.

The villa is located just South of the 192 Main Road through Kissimmee from which you have direct access into Disney, Old Town, Celebration and International Drive. The attractions of Universal Studios, Island of Avendure, Sea World and Discovery Cove and many others are all within 20/25 minutes. Kenedy Space Centre, Tampa, Cyprus Gardens, Cocoa Beach are all within an hour and a half. There are several Golf Courses within five minutes including Champions Gate.
