The penthouse apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with balcony which adjoins the master bedroom. A spiral staircase leads from the entrance to the large roof terrace with BBQ fridge freezer and seating for six people. The roof terrace is ideal for sun worshipers. The apartment boasts panoramic views of the coast and north Africa and is situated on a very pleasant complex with gardens and a beautiful large communal pool with separate childrens area. There are several good restaurants a bar and a mini market adjoining the complex.

The apartment complex is situated in Calahonda hills midway between Marbella and Fuengirola with its many attractions like the zoo and the aqua park there is also a race course with racing on Saturday nights. Marbella is rather more glitzy where the night life continues on until the following morning. Closer to Calahonda is Puerto Cabopino which is a short walk along the beach, Puerto Cabopino has a wonderful beach with many beach bars and restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are as many as 30 golf courses within easy reach, and Calahonda boasts its own golf club as well as a large tennis club.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A one hundred pound deposit is payable at the time of booking, the deposit must be received within seven days from the date of booking. The balance is to paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
    Prices are inclusive of water and electricity, clean linen and towels are provided weekly. Cots baby buggies and high chairs can be provided at an extra charge.
    Christmas and Easter are based on the mid season rate. arrivals after 12.00 midnight are subject to a 20 euro surcharge paid locally.
