Three bedroom terraced villa, sleeps 6/8, in a small friendly complex with shared pool. Very spacious property, furnished to a high standard comprising a downstairs open plan living area with well equiped kitchen, glass topped dining table that comfortably sits 6 adults; a living area with two settees (one with bed settee), coffee table, TV and DVD player and a cloakroom with WC, wash hand basin and vanity unit. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and vanity unit plus glass shower cubicle; two further double bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom comprising wc, wash hand basin and vanity unit and shower over bath. Air conditioning/heating through out. The property has Terraces with views over the sea, plus small private gardens and parking space and an additional parking space adjacent to the pool. It is situated near to the village centre, 3 km from Coral Bay and 10 km from Paphos.

Peyia is a small, friendly village which has most essential facilities provided including a well stocked and competitively priced supermarket, banks with autoteller, post office, superb bakery, coffee house and a number of small friendly tavernas which offer local cuisine at very reasonable prices. The village is 3km from the popular Coral Bay beach and 10km from the popular tourist town of Paphos with its own choice of beaches. The beautiful unspoiled Lara Bay beaches are 30 mins drive away, and if you are lucky you may visit at the right time of year to see the Turtles on the reserve come on to the beach to lay their eggs! There are three championship quality golf courses within a maximum of 45 mins drive from the property: Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
