Villa Silva is located near the quiet village of Sargacal within a few minutes drive to Lagos and its beaches. Equipped to modern standard with all the facilities required for a relaxed holiday in the country side, furnished in the traditional Portuguese way with lots of charm and individuality. The garden is fenced all around, the pool area secured by an iron gate. You enjoy total privacy without being remote. A huge tree shades the large terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and gives it a very unique and enjoyable atmosphere. Perfect for friends and family who do enjoy a peaceful, private and safe location for their holiday.

Just a few minutes drive to Lagos with its beautiful long (5km) shallow sandy beach Meia Praia and many other lovely bathing bays squeezed in between those famous rock formations you will find a buzzing but peaceful night life, a relaxed atmosphere in the ancient part of town with its local shops and great cafés. Many sports and leisure activities for the young and older ones are offered. The 'wild' west coast with its surf beaches is well worth visiting, great unspoilt nature reserves will show you a different side to Portugal and all this just about 30 minutes by car.

  • Heating costs are separate and to be paid according to consumption locally.
    Maid service is 2 x week, change of towels 2 x week and change of linen every 7 days included in the above rate.
    We may require damage deposit.
    Babysitter service available, to be paid locally.
  • We require a deposit of 30% of the rental rate to confirm your booking, the remainder needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payments can be done either by bank transfer or cheque.
    We will confirm the payments immediately once they have arrived.
