Beautifully and quietly located villa with private pool and views to the sea from the spacious garden terrace and roof terrace. Within the prestigious Carvoeiro Clube compounds with its nearby tennis courts and restaurants within walking distance the property offers total privacy surrounded by a spectacular extensively lawned and fenced in gardens (approx. 5.500m²), mature palm trees around the pool area (plus pool house with shower bathroom) provide some shade. The villa is laid out on one level, covered terrace, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool with its spring board, there is nothing amiss for a relaxed holiday in perfect surroundings. Comfortably and tastefully furnished to high standards throughout it offers all the amenities you would expcct from a privately owned property.

Carvoeiro, the well know and popular fishing village with its great variety of cafés, restaurants and bars is only a few minutes drive. There is also a small beach but many more are in the nearer surroundings such as Benagil, Marinha, Caramujeira,Albandeira, Centianes etc. Very lovely beaches are also found in the Ferragudo area, about 5 km west of the villa. We would also recommend to visit the great 'wild' westcoast, very popular during the summer months with surfers.
