Located in a 12 acres property,in the heart of a 400 acres protected area. On the isthmus which separates the Alcudia and Pollensa bays,ports and beaches, the property is south oriented with view on the Alcudia bay(500 meters but no direct access).You reach the property through a 1.2 miles forest track. (you can drive on of course). Quietness and plenty of space ; you can get them and still stay close (2 to 6 miles) of dozens of restaurants,supermarkets,nightclubs and sport facilities. Security: the house is fenced. Farm house; rebuilt in 1993 and 2008 designed for 4 to 7 hosts;4 bedrooms and 2 baths; an outside bamboo shelter provides extra kitchen, dining and sitting rooms ,open to the breeze ,for warm days; Beds are even installed their for your perfect siesta. The property is located 3 miles from Alcudia and 2,2 miles from the village and harbour of Mal pas (Pollensa Bay). The house is facing the Alcudia bay (500m from the sea;no direct access) You will reach the house using a 1,1mile forest track serving as a perfect from Mallorc'as boilant life. Following the same track (1,3 mile) you can access to an isolated beach down the cliff of Coll Baix. Walking down the cliff needs a 20 minutes walk.At 2, 5 miles you have the opportunity to choose between the 2 charming sandy beaches of es Mal Pas or a well displayed rock shore if you don't like the sand. For a change you can reach 5 miles the 10 miles Alcudia Bay sand beach to enjoy all the facilities of a huge resort. The historical town of Alcudia hosts a biweekly market and Puerto Alcudia is famous for its nightlife.

  • As part of the property we have rebuilt in 1993 and 2008 a former Farmhouse into a charming place hosting up to 7 persons.It counts with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The farm is surrounded by a 2 acres fenced ground. The untouched environment will leave the unique feeling of being alone in the world. Lots of shaded places: terrace,outside dining room and a large shelter An extra outside dining room is located under the shade of trees Additional Kitchen, dining place, and sitting room, under the shade of a large wooden roof allows to live outside for those who want to take advantage of any airflow for a nap or benefit from an outside environment. An outside shower is available One room has a double bed and its own bath (shower and toilet); another upper room with twin beds can attend 2 children. There is one room with 1 double or 2 singles and at last, but not least, there is one room with 1 single (these 2 rooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet).
