This beautiful spacious villa is set at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Three double bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the large pool terracing area. Two en-suite bathrooms and a separate shower room. The villa is elegantly furnished with all the facilities you could wish for. Air conditioning in each bedroom, satellite TV and a stereo system piped through to every room. Central heating in every room. Three large terraces, an amazing African Gazebo and an outdoor luxurious Casita with BBQ, for those al-fresco meals. The plot is large and private and the gardens are beautifully landscaped with covered walkways, lawns, waterfall and pond etc and many exotic tropical plants (lemons, limes, oranges and pomegranates), make this a paradise. A beautiful 10m x 6m private pool with roman steps and a circular poolside shower. Three large terraces with table and chairs, ample sun loungers, you can follow the sunshine from morning to night.

The pretty village of Moraira is close by, with its fishing port, Marina and a truly remarkable variety of restaurants and shops to please all tastes. The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are only a few minutes drive away, with Calpe, Denia, Jave, Altea and Benidorm about a 30 minute drive away. The theme park Terra Mitica is a 30 minute drive away. Golf, tennis, horse riding and diving etc are all available in or near Moraira. There are no high rise buildings or large hotels in Moraira. There is a wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars and designer boutiques to suit all tastes, occasions and pockets. Additional pictures available on request. An open casita (small house), with kitchen units, BBQ, fridge and music, is situated in the gardens with the stunning, grass roofed African Gazebo with bamboo blinds, table and chairs for those cool evening al-fresco meals. Villa Lindo has been furnished to the highest standard and we are sure it will enchant its visitors, who will want to return again and again to enjoy this beautiful villa and peaceful surroundings.

Villa Lindo offers you that taste of luxury. Elegantly furnished, beautiful landscaped garden and terracing to follow the sun from morning to night. A selection of DVD's, CD's and videos are available for your enjoyment. Music is piped through to all rooms (including the outdoor kitchen), from a CD player in the lounge.

Off road parking, a double carport, a security alarm and a large security gate. A supermarket, bars, cafes and several fine restaurants are nearby.

Although there is no daily maid service availability, this is essentially a self catering holiday villa and comes complete in every respect and includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels. We ask you to provide your own towels for beach and pool use. A cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. You will be given the villa managing agents contact number should you need any help or assistance. We are confident that Villa Lindo will give you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, difficult to better at anywhere in this lovely part of Spain, especially Moraira
