This luxurious first floor (upstairs) 2 bedroom apartment is located close to Blue Flag beaches on the beautiful Orihuela Costa. The apartment has air conditioning/ heating throughout, and comprises open plan lounge/ dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double en-suite bedroom, and a twin bedroom, plus family bathroom. The large private roof terrace, accessed directly by steps from the apartment, gets the sun all day and has views of the sea, communal gardens and 2 shared swimming pools. It has 4 sunbeds, dining table, 4 chairs and sunshade - the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just relaxing all day. Within 10 minutes walk are numerous restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and childrens play areas. Punta Prima beach is just a 20 minutes walk. Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor beaches, and championship golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Just 40 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports, this luxury 2 bedroom apartment is in a modern development easily accessible from the N332 which runs from Alicante to Cartegena, and 15 minutes south of Torrevieja. The Torrevieja coastline has many beautiful golden sandy beaches - many with an EU Blue Flag. The following are all within a 10 minute drive: Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca. The marina at Cabo Roig also has a blue flag and offers waterskiing, jet skiing, speed boat and dinghy hire. The Salinas de Santa Pola nature reserves (20 mins drive) offer hiking and birdwatching opportunities. Aquopolis water park and Rio Safari Elche make good family days out. Local markets are held in the area on most days, and there are frequent local festivals throughout the year. Golf is available within a 15 minute drive at the championship courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. The world famous La Manga golf course is just 40 minutes away.

  • Holidays can start on any day. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 16:00 hrs. On departure days, the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs. For advance bookings, a £100 or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) is payable to secure your booking. Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to occupancy. For bookings made 6 weeks or less prior to occupancy, payment in full is required at time of booking.
  • Additional charges:
    On arrival at the property, the host's representative will show you round and explain how everything works. If you arrive after 21:00 or before 09:00, there is a meet and greet charge payable locally of 25 Euro. There is also a cleaning fee of £50 payable with the balancing payment for the holiday.

Alternatively, airport transfers (pre-booked) cost around 50 Euro (Alicante) or 40 Euro (Murcia) each way for up to 4 people. There are also regular buses to and around the area.

Thankyou for a lovely stay. Apartment was great, very spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was excellent, although a little cold!!. we spent alot of time in it! We didnt have a car but got around by taxis very easily and cheaply. The supermarket was well stocked and resturants were very good. Lots to do, we especially loved La zenia beach.

We both really enjoyed our stay, the directions and information in the confirmation email were really helpful, informative and accurate.
The apartment itself was immaculate with good quality furniture and bedding and was in a nice quiet location with really well maintained pools.
We also discovered that on entering the estate there was an Eroski Supermarket and a small mall above this which weren't mentioned in the information pack (the Captain's Table Restaurant here was wonderful).
The only minor negatives were that the welcome pack for 9€ was very meagre and there was no washing up liquid or detergent and only 1 nearly full toilet roll per bathroom for two people for two weeks.

Other than that we would definately recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit that region of Spain.

The property was as described and located in a large residential area although was very quiet during my stay.
The apartment was very clean and well presented and very easy to get to from Alicante.
I would recommend a car to get to the beaches which are only a short drive away, but the pools and the gardens in the complex are very well maintained and would be perfect for young familes.
Very good value for money if you are looking for a holiday in the sun and don't mind being 15-20 mins walk away from restaurants.
There are several large supermakets, the nearest within walking distance.
