The villa has a 35’ pool set in large landscaped gardens with fruit trees, there is an awesome dock with broad walk which can accommodate 2 boats, the views from the garden is amazing giving our clients pleasure whether they are swimming in the pool, sun bathing on the well furnished patio, fishing or just soaking up the atmosphere.
The villa itself is fully air conditioned and superbly furnished throughout, the comfort of our clients is paramount and we have installed top quality beds and facilities. As well as the well-equipped kitchen and laundry room the spacious lounge/family sitting room has a spiral staircase leading up to 2 of the king size master bedrooms.
Anna Maria Island:
We found Anna Maria Island some 7 years ago and loved the feeling of warmth and belonging, the island has 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches where parrots, pelicans, herons, osprey and other sea birds live in abundance.
Dolphins can often be spotted playing along the coastline and in the sheltered waters of Bimini Bay. Manatees can also be found in the sea and shallow waters of the canals mainly between April and October.
Fishing is excellent, whether from the bank of your canal or from the fishing piers and beach (a license is required at a small charge for fishing from the piers or beach). Fishing and sightseeing boat trips are available from either Anna Maria or from the mainland. Boat hire, paragliding and watersports are also available.
There are excellent restaurants to suit all tastes on Anna Maria Island. Superb shopping malls and many fast food outlets can be found in nearby Bradenton and Sarasota including the popular St. Armands circle at Long Boat Key.
