This 'Villa' is a very Serene and Private unit, in 'Woodland Green Estates' a sub division of Palm Aire. (No stairs to climb, and nobody ABOVE you and nobody BELOW you, it's a VILLA) directly on the 5th fairway of the Champs course Overlooking the Green and Fairway. Private Driveway and entrance to Villa. There is a HEATED pool just 200ft.from the Villa with Clubhouse, party room and shuffle board courts. The VILLA features 2 Br, 2Ba. The Master Bedroom has a 'King' size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two singles. The Master bath is very large with plenty of room to move around. The second Bath is a full bath.Both have ceramic tile floors. Plenty of room in the Living / Family room with 'Cathedral Ceilings'. There is an extra patio room that can be private also that has a day bed in it. (Ceramic Tile). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances to suit your cooking needs. (Ceramic tile).
