3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. sleeps 6. Master bedroom with king-size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 singles each. Two of the bedrooms open on to the terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful tropical gardens. There is a large adult pool and another children pool with lifeguard for July + August. Facilities include 24 hour security & concierge in this gated complex with an exit directly on to the beach promenade, hot & cold air-conditioning, a newly fitted kitchen + appliances, & Sky TV, communal table-tennis + pool room. Adjacent to tennis + paddle tennis club, restaurants, beach bars, and all the entertainment of the famous Puerto Banus Marina. No need for a car.

Bus stops are located next to the apartment entrance. Day trips to Granada or Seville are readily available. It is an enjoyable walk along the beach from the apartment all the way into Marbella.

Best Holiday Ever

At lase we have found the apartment that we will go back to again and agian. It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well equiped. The location is second to none, everything is just a ten minute walk from the apartment. I was glad not to have to hire a car. You can walk through the manicured gardens, pass the magnificent pool and exit onto the lovely sandy beach at the rear of the complex. There are many lovely restaurants, shops and designer boutiques just ten minutes away, as well as pubs, piano bars and the famous El Corte Ingles department store. The area has a lot to recommend. Sit with a coffee and watch the world go by along the port and ogle the jet set life style or take a trip to Marbella and Orange Square. The motorway makes quick and access to Seville, Granada, Cádiz or Jerez.

The location if this apartment is safe and convenient. It has everything you could want and is a true home from home. We arrived to a clean, comfortable and well equiped apartment. We had no issues regarding service and encountered no problems at all. It was a pleasure to holiday abroad where a car was not needed. Every amenity was only an average of 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed great food in many of the local restaurants, shopped in designer boutiques and swam in a huge clean pool. The beach has a blue flag rating. I would certainly recommend this apartment to my friends.

I was so pleased that the description of this apartment was as stated on the site. It is very comfortable and well equiped to high standard. I could not have asked for a better location. I was impressed with the indoor garden and water feature that leads you to your apartment. Outside the manicured pool area and gardens lead you to the beach and prominade. It is just a short walk to El Cortes Ingles department store, with its designer brands and everything else you need to buy. There are many lovely restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs near enough to walk to, yet far away enough from the hustle & bustle of nightlife noise. I am also impressed with level of security at both the entrance to Playa Rocio and the convenient "back door" to the beach. The area has so much to offer and the motorway makes easy access to the old town of Marbella with its beautiful Orange Sq. Seville, Granada, Cádis and Jerez are but a short pleasent journey away. I will be back, that I promise.
