This spacious, air -conditioned apartment with unique rounded verandah overlooks one of the two private pools where a charming wooden footbridge crosses the main pool. Relax around the large, stylish pool areas with showers, changing rooms and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, or enjoy a drink on your private terrace . Local beaches are a 5 minute drive away or 25 minute walk. The main harbour area is a 20 minute walk with it's many tavernas , vibrant bars and shops selling local handicrafts. The historical sites at the Tomb of the Kings and the ancient mosaics are all close by. The beautiful Coral Bay is a short drive along the stunning coastline. There are an abundance of restaurants within walking distance and the local kiosks where you can buy all your groceries and provisions are a 5 minute walk away from the apartment

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in pounds which include air-conditioning, bed linen and towels ( please bring your own beach towels)
    Although prices are quoted in pounds, payment is required in euros ( using the current exchange rate on day of payment) as all apartment running costs are paid for in euros.
    A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required immediately followed by the full balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
    A welcome pack can be left at the apartment for your arrival with immediate essentials at a small extra cost
    Airport transfers from Paphos can be arranged.
    If you are making your own way to the apartment, there will be someone there to meet you and give you the keys and help you settle in and answer any questions you may have.
  • We do not have a preferred changeover day as we appreciate that this will depend upon your flights, however, normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am . We are flexible if no-one is arriving on the same day.
    Additional days available pro rata.
    Winter let prices available.

  • There are two bathrooms both with showers and one also has a bath. There is also a cloakroom, so there will be no queuing for the bathrooms in the mornings!

There is a twin bedded room with it's own bathroom and fitted wardrobes and a sofa bed which can be used as a bed in the living room - a cloakroom with toilet and basin leads off this

Notes: The apartment has 24 hour security within a private , gated complex. There is a lift and designated covered parking. There is reversible air conditioning/heating and satellite television. The whole feeling is spacious and fresh with light, natural fabrics . Having two bathrooms and a cloakroom, there is plenty of privacy for everyone. Chairs , tables and umbrellas are provided on the 180° veranda which leads off from the living room and main bedroom. In the heat of the Summer there is ample shade in the afternoon sun. Although a car is not absolutely necessary, it is recommended as there is so much to see on the island.

Paphos and the surrounding area: Pafos's fishing boat-filled harbour is the most scenic and atmospheric in the south. Brightly painted fishing boats, glass bottom boats and private yachts crowd into this picturesque harbour. A market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the old town where you can pick up local handicrafts such as Lafkara lace, and leather goods , and a wonderful selection of local fresh fruit and veg. A wide selection of good restuarants and bars line the harbour where you can relax and soak up the cosmopolitan atmosphere. There is something for all ages - water parks and adventure sports, mountain biking, climbing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Continuing a short distance along the coast out of Paphos, you can watch the sunset beside the rock of Aphrodite.

There are three 18- hole championship golf courses in Cyprus, all in the Paphos area The Tsada Golf Club was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus and is 20 minutes from Paphos. The Secret Valley Golf Club is located on the old Paphos to Limassol road just before Aphrodites's Rock. Aphrodite Hills Golf Club is a mere 2 minutes from the main Limassol- Paphos highway and is easily reached from both towns. This golf course opened in 2004 and is situated on two plateaus, 300m high overlooking the Mediterranean.
