The villa is 3 years old in a quiet location within easy reach of local amenities. It was built as a second home for the current owners (who have 3 young children) and is fully equipped with mainly English appliances. The villa has full central heating and air conditioning in each room and sleeps between 8-10 people across the 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite facilities. Outside there is a covered eating area with teak furniture that seats 8-10 and a large gas BBQ. Three sets of patio doors lead to large terraces with an infinity pool of approx 8m x 15m with underpool lighting. The pool is ideal for both young children and adults, being 0.9m to 2.25m in depth; and is fenced off to keep children safe. There are large steps into the pool for young children to play on, and numerous children's pool toys available to use. The large gardens overlook olive groves and there is a gated parking area which means the property is secure and child friendly.

The villa is a 20 minute drive from Faro airport and 10 minutes drive from the town of Villamora which hosts a lively harbour and a number of bars and restaurants. There is a large English stocked supermarket within a 5 mins drive in the town of Almancil and a number of beautiful sandy beaches typical of the Algarve within 5 minutes drive. The golf courses of VillaSol, Val de Lobo & Quinta de Lago are all in easy driving distance and offer a variety of difficulty levels and instruction. The main road from the villa takes you to Quateria, Almancil, Quinta de Lago and Val de Lobo in addition to local golf courses, waterparks, karting, horse riding, tennis and there are a number of boutiques and gift shops to enjoy.

Great base for holiday

We have stayed in the area for the past 8 years as it allows the guys the opportunity of playing all the great golf courses while the ladies can polish up their tans and as we can sometimes be a large party we always look for 4 bedroomed villas.
The pictures and descriptions on the web site are accurate and we had a wonderful time, the property was spacious & well-equipped .The beauty of this villa is that it is well positioned for Almancil/Quinta/Vale do Lobo & Vilamoura with driving times no more than 5/10 mins

You are close enough to everything especially the Golf courses plenty of restaurants nearby.

The villa has an excellent pool, with enough sun loungers ,plus great size Gas BBQ.

Air con is a must and the system certainly kept the villa cool.

As previous reviews have stated the villa is only 20 minutes from airport.

Due to the Euro/Pound scenario to reduce the cost of our holiday rather than shop everyday at Apolonia we used Aldi which is next to Apolonia for all our alcohol/water/fruit/veg...it certainly helped on cost

Perfect Family Algarve Base

I had looked for a quality, spacious well-equipped property in the area for some time until I came accross this property. After staying I knew I had made the right choice.
The villa looks and feels exactly as you;d wish for. Close enough to everything you could imagine - Golf, Shopping, Beach, Bars, Restaurants, Villages, Towns and activity centers (waterparks and Villamoura itself) - you will never be bored. Thta's if you want to go out at all!
The pool is ideal for children and adults and is a great size.
Overall the villa is a perfect holiday location for any size of party (quite literally up to 8 or more) and the area it is in is an ideal base.
As if it needed any more going for it, it is also only 20 minutes from collecting your bags at the airport to arrival at your front door by car or taxi.

fantastic family holiday. thoroughly recommended

We booked this villa for a family holiday with another family. total of 5 children and 5 adults. So spacious that you never feel on top of one another. can get all of you AND visiting friends in the pool without seeming like it is full! our kids had such a fantastic time, they didn't even want to leave to go to the beach which is only a couple of minutes away! we did manage two great water parks within 20 mins which was great family fun, and the dads escaped to 5 different golf courses during our two week stay.
The villa is nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, and really spacious rooms (including the bedrooms). The kitchen has absolutely everything you will need to cook a family meal, along with additional plastic plates for smaller children.
We found a lovely authentic italian restaurant within walking distance that we could take the kids to, and a couple of times stayed down on the nearby beachs late into the afternoon and had tea with the kids at the beach side restaurants. well we drank a bottle of wine, and the kids played on the beach into the evening....
