Casa Rosas is located to the west of Valencia city, close to the villages of Monserrat and Turis, both busy local villages
full of life with all the local amenities you will need - supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc.
Valencia Airport (Manises) is just 20 minutes away and Valencia city centre is 25 minutes by car or train.
On a lager scale, due to being so close to Spain's 3rd largest city, we have a fantastic road network to benefit from;
The A7 Motorway - 3 hours from Barcelona, 90 minutes from Benidorm, 2 1/2 hours to Alicante.
The A3 Motorway - 25 minutes to central Valencia, 2 1/2 hours to Madrid.
Locally, there are activities to suit all needs, from hiking and sightseeing to fishing and shopping, all within 30 minutes
of Casa Rosas.

Golf:
There are 3 major Golf Courses on our doorstep, all professionally designed.
El Bosque Golf Club is in Chiva and is an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.
El Saler, on the coast, is just south of Valencia, in El Saler. It's a 18 hole course which was designed by Javier Arana.
You will find Club Escorpion north-west of Valencia in Betera. It has 27 holes and was designed by Ron Kirby.
These 3 courses are available week days - weekends are member only.
There are more courses dotted around the region, with more in construction, including courses in Torrent and Lliria.
