No 10 is situated in the charming market town of Brecon in the heart of The Brecon Beacons National Park. Brecon has a cathedral just 100 yards from the house and there is immediate access to riverside walks and the canal towpath. Known for it's wealth of art galleries and historic Georgian buildings Brecon is a wonderful location for your stay. Brecon town also boasts two museums, a theatre, cinema and large leisure centre. The Brecon Beacons National Park offers wonderful walking and mountain biking as well as horse riding and trekking. Canoes can be hired on local rivers or activity providers can be booked for the more adventurous wanting to try gorge walking, climbing and caving.
Close by is the world renowned town of books - Hay on Wye as well as the historic town of Llandeilo to the west. Local castles include Carreg Cennan and Tretower Court. The area is just north of the industrial south Wales valleys so visitors can also explore BIg Pit and the Blaenavon World Heritage site.
