Situated in the perfect location for easy transportation to all of the theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios), Orlando International Airport, Both 'East/West' & 'North South' Motorways (SR 528 & I-4), and located just behind the world famous International Drive where there are several fine restaurants, excellent shopping, and other fun activities. Vista Cay Resort's location could not be better. This is Orlando, and indeed it is walking distance (or there is an I-Drive Trolley Car as well) just adjacent to the new Shingle Creek Golf Resort, the Orange County Convention Center (2nd largest in the U.S.A.), and the Pointe Orlando outdoor shopping mall (where there is an IMAX Movie Cinema, several 'Mid to High End' Shops, and many great Restaurants and Pubs to refresh oneself after a long hard day of relaxation). Come stay here ONE time and you will never stay anywhere else in Orlando again!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Any stay of less than 1 week will incur a $75 final cleaning fee (stays of one week or more include this fee). Aside from holiday weeks, discounts can often be given for stays of 2 or more weeks or if your travel dates are somewhat flexible (in this case a stay of less than two weeks can still earn the guests a discount).

    Reservation Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $200.00 (or 20 %, whichever is greater) is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Please make this payment by check or money order in U.S. funds or if paying by credit card, please fill in the information at the bottom of this agreement. In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date for guests that choose to pay the full sum in advance.

We recently had a lengthy stay at this condo and enjoyed it very much. Furnished with all that you may need and would be hard to find a better location. The owner was also local and would check with us periodically to see if we needed anything. We wish we were still there...
