Algarve - Lagos - Meia Praia:
The property is on 1st floor of a new condominium complex It sits opposite the old town of Lagos with panoramic views of the new marina and fantastic unspoilt sea view and beach views of the long Meia Praia beach from the balcony. If you decide to hire a car, there is an underground garage with your very own car parking space. The complex is literally 10 minutes walk from one of the Algarve’s finest beaches, with around 4km of fine sand which is never crowded and various water-sport sites on the beach, as well as beach restaurants.

.Near to Lagos is a small beach village of Burgau.
Across the river from Lagos is Meia Praia, a very long sandy beach sheltered from the north by a gentle slope dotted with comfortable villas and holiday complexes.
The once upon a time fishing village of Praia da Luz is now devoted to the tourist trade and residents from colder climates.
Nearby the coastal village of Salema there are some small Roman ruins proving the existence of its past life.
Vila do Bispo to the west of Lagos is a very small administrative town for the famous small town of Sagres area that is the most south-west corner of Europe! The village of Sagres is a must for every visitor to the Algarve. It presents a very impressive dramatic sight of towering sheer cliffs being beaten by the weight of the vast Atlantic Ocean. It is from here that Prince Henry planned his epic shattering voyages. Cape Santo Vicente is the name given to this promontory.
Beaches:
Are you looking for long beaches where the sand and the ocean get lost in the horizon? Do you prefer cosy beaches hidden among colourful rocks, far from the world? Make up you mind and choose one of the wonderful beaches on the Lagos coast.
Meia Praia or São Roque - This broad expanse of sand stretches for 4 km (2.5 miles) and offers all kinds of facilities for those who enjoy water sports. On the isthmus of the Alvor bar stands Meia Praia fort, which defended Lagos bay in the 17th and 18th centuries.
Batata, Estudantes, Homers, Pinhão, Dona Ana and Camilo - Sandy coves tucked between brightly coloured cliffs, these beaches include some interesting rock formations. Calm and clear water. Many believe these to be the most delightful beaches in the Algarve.
Canavial and Porto de Mós - Long beaches between cliffs. Tourist facilities.
Luz - A tourist centre with a cosmopolitan flavour. Large beach.
Dona Maria - A calm and isolated beach
Golf:
Golfers are spoiled for choice in the Algarve. All golfers know the fantastic courses climate and scenery make this one of the ideal locations in the world to play golf.
As you would expect you are spoilt for choices for courses and there are numerous ones very close by. Condominio do Mar is ideally located, in particular, for the western courses. Closest to the apartment is Palmares Golf Course, 3 miles east of Lagos - this is partly a links course and offers stunning views of the sea and Lagos Town. BoaVista is the other side of Lagos with great views too. Ten miles west of Lagos is the Parque de Floresta Golf Course. This is a more physical challenge running through valleys and eucalyptus covered ravines - a buggy may well be deemed an essential requirement. There is Penina, the Championship Course that has been home to the Portuguese Open (Most require a handicap certificate).
