The “Fjord” house has four apartments and belongs to the German agency from Helga Düvel on Istria. The beautiful, modern house has a large garden, grill, pool and parking spaces on an enclosed property and is located in the beautiful village of “Brajkovici” on the tip of the world famous (movie scenery) Limfjord near Rovinj. Aerial distance to the Fjord is 2.7 km, with a car 4 km! The owner of this very comfortable, sophisticated property also runs the very famous restaurant “Fjord”, which is located directly on the tip of Limfjord. Included in the rental price are the transfer rides with a small bus from the house to the “Fjord” restaurant and back for the whole family, as well as an evening of grilling with the hosts. Here we are dealing with a quiet residential area somewhat far from the large hustle and bustle, but yet centrally located to reach the tourism and attraction highlights on Istria. Vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with its own private entrance, for up to 3 people with a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room for one person. The apartment has a hallway with entrances to the rooms, a newly equipped kitchen in the living area, SAT-TV (all German programs from Astra) and a balcony. The apartment is about 41 m², in the garden next to the house, there is a sunny place to sit with a grill and right next to that is a swimming pool. This is not a small kiddy pool, but rather 5x10 m and 1.5m deep, which makes it possible to really swim. The pool is only accessible by guests at the “Fjord” house. Apartments and furniture (mattresses!) are completely new, because this is the first rental since 2006!

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price refers to a booking with up to 2 people. The prices include all extra costs, like the visitor’s tax, final cleaning, all consumptions, bed sheets and towels (towels are not for the beach!). Thus, no hidden costs! There is a 40% discount for stays less than 4 nights. Arrivals and departures are possible on weekdays – even during the peak season. We even recommend that you choose a different day to come other than Saturday due to the traffic jams – especially while entering Croatia. It is not possible to move in before 15:00. Departure should occur before 10:00 after your last night. The following applies: if you move in before 12:00 on the first day or/and after 12:00 after the last night, then you will be billed for an additional 1 or 2 days.
  • Upon arrival, we ask for a security deposit for 150 €, which will of course be paid back if there are no careless damages. We would appreciate it if you would pay the rent directly to the host upon arrival. The booking is binding after a pre-payment of 15 % of the total rent amount. The payment is to be made to our bank account, which you will find in the booking confirmation. At any time and without reason, you can cancel your rental up to 4 weeks before your arrival and you will receive your pre-payment minus a 20 € processing fee. For those who cancel less than 4 weeks before their arrival, or do not show up (if you don’t (can’t) notify us, the apartment will remain free for the first 2 days), their pre payment will not be paid back, there will be no further penalties.
  • A pet (dog / cat) costs 5-7 Euro/day according to the type and race due to the increased need for cleaning – we ask for your understanding, because you do not have to pay for final cleaning or anything like that!

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich der Lage der Fewo waren korrekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ einige Wünsche offen, was jedoch auf Anfrage prompt geändert wurde. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist gut für befreundete Familien geeignet. Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll zu erwähnen, dass die Benutzung der Waschmaschine 5,-- € kostet. Durch die günstige Lage de Fewo hat man einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeder Art.
