LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Our spacious traditional Spanish villa is situated in the (Campo) a quiet rural area with small country lanes yet it is only 1.5 klms from the beach and all other facilities. It is situated directly behind the main front line of Javea and is in easy walking distance to everything you need. The enclosed plot and villa are surrounded by open countryside with no other villas interrupting its special private location. There is a 8x4 meter swimming pool situated in front of the villa and covered naya with beautiful large palm trees down either side of the villa. If you want a peaceful, relaxing and private spot yet be at the beach and bars in minutes then this has to be the villa for you. A large barbeque is situated by the side of the villa with a superb palm covered eating area for those special holiday alfresco dining sensations. The villa offers anybody staying there on holiday the chance to have a quiet relaxing holiday yet be close to all amenities.

The historic old fishing village of Javea is situated on the most easterly point of the Spanish mainline with its beautiful rugged coastline it was voted by the World Health Authority as having an ideal climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine. Javea is ideally situated located approx. 100 klms from Alicante or Valencia airports. Javea is divided into 3 areas , the Old Town with its ancient church and narrow cobbled streets, the port with its daily fish market, bars and restaurants. The beautiful bay known as The Arenal has sandy beaches, bars restaurants and shops is a very lively area during the summer season. Our villa is situated in a quiet rural location just behind the main frontline beach area of Javea so it enjoys the best of both worlds, peace and quiet/minutes away from the beach. Benidorm with its theme and nature parks are approx. 30 minutes drive from Javea, the Jalon valley is set just inland with its great views and restaurants. The weekly market is on Thursdays.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa. The balance is due eight weeks before the holiday arrival date. At the time the balance is paid there is an additional returnable 200 pound damage waiver deposit to cover any loss/breakages or wilful damage to the property or contents. NO charge is made for normal wear and tear. The 200 pounds damage waiver deposit is returned within 7 days after your holiday finishes and the villa has been checked.
    Please note all our rental rates include all bedding and towels. However we do not provide pool or beach towels in this price. Villas are cleaned to a very high standard before and after your holiday.
    This villa is managed by JAVEA HOLIDAY RENTALS SPAIN who are based in Javea and are available at all times.

Notes: A large barbeque allows you to stay in to cook and eat when you wish and enjoy that alfresco dining in the lovely spacious covered naya with sliding patio doors or on the seating area under the large palm tree garden near the barbeque. There are ample sunbeds and space around the pool for everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, so smoking outside please. If you are looking for a spacious villa to bring your family to in an ideal peaceful location yet only minutes away from the beach and all amenities then this villa should be at the top of your list.

Heaven in Javea

I am just back from Xabia and stayed at this villa for a week. The villa is great, plenty of space, lovely big naya that looks out to the pool, also the naya has large sliding windows that allows you to either completely open it or close it. The private pool is great and surprisingly deep. The location of this villa is very good, it is central to the old town, the port & the beach, all no more than a 10 min walk away. There is a large supermarket (mercadona) 2 mins up the road where you can stock up on all your needs with very reasonable prices. Would recommend that you book a car early as we could not get one however we did rent bicycles which is a great way to get around and see the place (while getting some excercise!!). The villa itself is on a large plot with a large area out front and pool out the back which catches the sun for pretty much all of the day and if you need to step into the shade you can sit in the naya. There is also a bbq area to the side of the property which is great. All utensils & crockery are provided. While the villa itself was nice it could do with a little bit of modernisation, fridge freezer is old and not very effective, main living room is very dark and around the pool area could do with a lick of paint, but other that that we all thouroughly enjoyed our stay there, also property managers are both very nice and very helpful. This is a great place for a family holiday or a group of friends.
