Beautiful restored Dordogne farmhouse,set in 32 acres of land, surrounded by its own woodland. Set in a tranquil hilltop location with stunning views over the Vern Valley. A holiday of peace and quiet awaits you. The house has 6 bedrooms (3 doubles,2 twins and a single), there is a large kitchen with wood burner, beautiful dining room with wood burner, 44ft lounge with dvd player which leads onto the veranda ,the perfect place for al-fresco dining & to take in the views. There is a study and 2 bathrooms .There is electric heating throughout so the house is suitable for both summer and winter rentals. The house is fully equipped with highchair, travel cot, washing machine, dishwasher,microwave and iron etc. Outside there is a beautiful alarmed infinity pool with breathtaking views, a pizza oven, table tennis table & darts board. Situated just 19km from Perigueux it is within easy reach of all major Dordogne attractions. Towels and linen included in the price. Handover Saturdays.

Other major Dordogne attractions within easy reach eg Domme, Beynac and La Roque Gageac. Winetasting a must in Bergerac, Bordeaux and St Emilion or for something a little stronger, why not sample the finest that Cognac has to offer. Lake beaches nearby at La Jamaye, Aubeterre and St Aulaye or the Vendee beaches such as La Rochelle are approx 2 hours drive away. Multiple opportunities for canoeing, cycling, fishing and walking. Lots of prehistoric sites.Fantastic food everywhere. Golf at Perigueux. Lots to do for children including Village de Bournat (olde world theme park) and the aquarium at Le Bugue, Prehistopark, Grottes de Villars, exotic farm and Zoo at Bordeaux
