4 Bedroom villa with private pools and gardens are located 200 meters from it in area of outstanding natural beauty within walking distance to the beach and only a short drive from Carvoeiro center. Two beautiful beaches are accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villas (nearest is approx 1500m). Casa Eucalipto is a two story villa with unspoiled country views from the terraces. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room with fire place, Satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen. Pool 5X10 meters. Villa has large pool, plenty of sun lounges, umbrellas, BBQ area with outside furniture, outside shower, private parking, and alarm system. Maid service twice a week. Situated to the East of Carvoeiro, between the beaches of Marinha and Benagil, this area is one of the most picturesque along the Algarve coast, combining spectacular rock formations with sandy bathing beaches. The villa is very private and surrounded by vineyards. Two most beautiful beaches are 1500 meters from the villa and accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa. Benagil, a cozy fishing village with a nice beach & restaurants is just a short drive away. The old fishing town of Carvoeiro center with its bars, restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal is 4,5 km away. The Gramacho and Vale da Pinta Golf Courses to the West of Carvoeiro are about a 15 minute drive away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance to the villa.The villa is set away from main roads in its own fully fenced large grounds making it an ideal, safe base for children

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
