This villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 nice size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with walk in shower, bath, twin sink dresser, and toilet. The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower bath and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed built-in wardrobe with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath sink and toilet.The forth bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobe and shares the bathroom opposite with the third bedroom. There is a large family room with very comfortable 3 seater and two seater settees. There is a large TV, stereo unit, play station 2 with games and a book library. This villa has a well equiped modern kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering. There is a dining room with a table that seats eight. The pool area has a larger than average pool 35foot long with spa, both can be heated if required. Pool side furniture is available.

Our villa is just a 10min drive to the famous highway 192 and a 20 min drive to Disney world. Coco beach is about an hour away and the beautiful Clearwater beach is about an hour and a half away.

We found the villa fantastic value for money, very clean and spacious and everything we needed. The pool was the largest we have seen in a villa and was very private and in peacful suurroundings. I would recommend this villa to friends.

me and my family have stayed in different villa's around orlando but once we found this place we have only come back to this one every time now.
its perfect in every way,not too far away from the parks,shops etc but far enough from any main roads so its nice and quiet,the pool is nice and big with a separate spa as well,not overlooked from the sides or the rear which is rare in orlando,a nice view of the lake at the back of the villa.
the house is very spacious with plenty of room for big families,it has everything needed to make a great holiday.
its in a very nice area and also has the added attraction of being a gated community for extra security.
all in all a great place thats well priced,the owners are very friendly,honest and we have never had any problems with them.
cant wait untill our next florida holiday!!
