The apartment is situated between Nice and Antibes in the small village of Villeneve-Loubet. The lovely apartment has 160m2 of private terraces with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the mountains. The apartment is 90m2 and is on two levels, each 45m2. The top floor contains the kitchen, dinning and living room in an open space environment. From this top floor there is access to the two main terraces, which both have wonderful views of the ocean and the mountains. There are also a small toilet. The lower floor contains two master bedrooms each with bathroom and exit to a small balcony. Newly renovated in quality materials. The small apartment complex have a lovely shared pool. There is also a private parking space for the apartment, and it is located close to public transport (both trains and buses) with connection to Antibes, Nice, Monaco and the airport. The marina ”Baie des Anges”, the beach and Parc de Vaugrenier is close by.
