Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are in sterling and are based on a stay of one week.
    Shorter stays and weekend breaks are possible (min. 3 nights), please contact us for more details.
    Changeover date is Saturday, other days are possible, please contact us for more details.
    A £100 security deposit for each week of booking is required. We enter into a contract with you when we issue written confirmation of your booking.
    The balance is due 6 weeks before departure date.
    Non-receipt of the full charge by the due date may be treated by us as a cancellation of the booking and you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday.
    Cancellation : Provided this is received by us not less than 6 weeks before the holiday's start date, only the deposit is forfeited.
  • A refundable security deposit of £200 is added to the remaining balance payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks subject to satisfactory property inspection.
    The number of adults occupying this accommodation must not exceed 4.
    In order that the apartment may be fully prepared for your arrival, guests are requested to plan to arrive between 15.00 and 19.00 hrs.
    You are asked to vacate the apartment by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
    The keys to the apartment are held by a locally based managing agent, who is available to assist you during your stay
