This villa is very suitable for a family who love to relax in a very urban Spanish area. 2 levels, 3 bedrooms of which one is adjacent to the other in the lower part of the villa and thus suitable for children. The villa is build on a hill with beautiful garden, pool, very private and comfortable. It is only 20 - 30 min. from the beaches of Denia -Javea - and Moraira. In the valleys you will find many national and international restaurants. Local fiestas are very popular in the month of August and worth visiting. The back land is beautiful to explore by car, bike or walking.

The beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are at a distance of 20-30 minutes drive from the villa where you can enjoy a day at the beach, have a drink on the boulevard or enjoy a meal in one of the many local or international restaurants. There is a supermarket in Jalon (10 minutes drive) and several restaurants can be found in the valleys around. From the villa you can make several trips in the surrounding such as Quadalest, an old Arab fortress (about 1.5 hour drive), Benidorm (45 minutes drive), Alicante (1 hour drive) or to Valencia (1.5 hour drive). There is a Safari park at about 15min. drive and terra Mitica, Waterpark and Zoo are near Benidorm at 45 min. drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 50 Euros per week will be added tol the rental price by use of air-conditioning.

    Administration costs and final cleaning will be added to the rental price.
    These costs have to be paid in cash at the day of arrival.
  • A deposit of 500 Euros (or GBP) is mandatory to cover major damages or if the villa is left behind in a very dirty state. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure by mail.
  • Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included. Beds are made upon arrival.
    A L`linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office.
    Electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price.
