This large modern family villa is an ideal location for families and friends to holiday and relax in tranquil surroundings. The villa is close to local restaurants, shops and bars, but situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. It has spacious open plan living accommodation downstairs complete with fully equipped kitchen (in case you really want to cook). Upstairs you can choose from 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, built in cupboards and verandahs with views of the mountains or Mediterranean Sea. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in most areas. The wide rear patio is an ideal place to relax in the cool shade and for out door dining, and leads to the landscaped garden which includes a10m x 5m infinity pool, an outdoor shower and plenty of sun beds to use when soaking up the sunshine.     Non-refundable down payment of 20% secures the property dates. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellation notice - greater than 4 weeks notice and balance refunded in total. 4 weeks or less 50% refunded. A £150 security deposit / excess costs is required with payment of your balance. This will be refunded after the villa has been checked and within 14 days of the end of your holiday.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 at the rear of the villa have ceiling fans and sliding patio doors to the large shared balcony that goes the full width of the property and commands views of the Mediterranean sea. Bedrooms 3 and 4 at the front of the villa have oscillating fans and large sliding patio doors to their own balconies with views of the Mountains. Dressing tables, with mirrors and hair dryers are in each of the double bedrooms immediately adjacent to 3 pin sockets (no need for adaptors). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels for use around the pool.
