The light and airy one bedroom plus den apartment looks in three directions from seven windows including a beautiful view on the hills. Perfect for a small family on vacation or as an artist's retreat. Located in the historic centre of Biot village. The life of the village passes under the apartment which is situated over one of the town's main arches between the central place and the church. Ideal location in the centre of the French Riviera, only twenty minutes from Nice airport and fifteen minutes from the TGV. Three kilometres to the sea and the local favourite, Europa Beach. Antibes, Valbonne, Mougins, Cagnes-Sur-Mer, Nice and Cannes close by. Long-term and short-term rentals are welcome.

Center of the French Riviera, close to the sea, easy access to all of the main attractions of the Riviera and the back country. Beach is a few minutes away. Many hikes near the village. Italy is close by. Ten minutes to Antibes, Twenty minutes to Nice airport. Twenty minutes to Cannes. Historic villages of St. Paul, Vence, Grasse and Mougins are close. Biot is perfectly situated just minutes from the sea on a hilltop in the middle of the French Riviera yet minutes away from the back-country. Skiing is an hour and half away. The Italian border is forty-five minutes drive. Sailing harbour of Antibes a few minutes down the hill from Biot. Europa Beach is a few minutes down the hill. Seaside walks around Cap d'Antibes.

My wife and I spent two days here, and found it clean, comfortable, and very romantic. Biot is a tiny hilltop town near Cannes and Nice, and the apartment looks down on a lovely square on one side, with the best restaurant in town on its border, and out the other side's window you see the town church with marriage parties coming and going. The bedroom window looks in a third direction to a valley and the next ridge. Everything - the kitchen, the suite, the whole town - is compact but alluring. Sure beats staying in a hotel!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the arcade of Biot.
The apartment has an excellent cozy lay-out. Windows in every direction with views of the church, the main street and the valley.
Really funky medieval feel but with an updated kitchen, bathroom and laundry. A key factor for my wife. ;) It's very clean, cute, and comfy.
Perfect for our romantic get-away.
