The villa has two apartments, garden level and lower garden level located in a Provencal Villa situated in the village of St.Jean Cap Ferrat. These apartments are tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The property has a terraced garden with mature orange, lemon and olive trees. We are literally 4 minutes stroll from the village where you can find an interesting selection of shops; chic boutiques, two patisseries, a small supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops. St.Jean village is located on the seafront in a quaint harbour and marina with waterfront restaurants, shops and a Maritime Museum. The peninsula of St Jean Cap Ferrat is famous for its fabulous walks around the rocky coast. The entire peninsula can be walked along the coast-line. For beach lovers there are 3 sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk from the Villa including the famous Paloma Beach with a restaurant and Cocktail bar literally on the beach.

This apartment has been tastefully rebuilt to the highest standard. There are two spacious double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom. The large bright spacious living area has sea views with comfortable seating and a new fully equipped kitchen. Ample storage is provided with generous built in wardrobes in each bedroom. A sunny terraced seating area is located at the front. The lower garden level apartment has the use of the garage and the terraced area to the front.

The quaint immaculately kept Harbour village of St Jean is situated on the coast mid-way between Nice and Monaco and about 15 minutes drive from either. There is an efficient bus service serving Nice airport (approx 1 hour journey time). The bus service also covers Monaco and Menton. Trains leave from near-by Beauleau going to Cannes and Italy. A day trip to the Ventigmellia market in Italy is highly recommended. There are numerous walking paths in the area and cycling heaven awaits you. Visit Nice, famous for the Cours Saylia market in the old town with busy restaurants coffee shops and of course the fabulous Promenade de Anglais. For the fashion conscious Nice and Monaco offer shops for all tastes and budgets. Closer to home the Mediterranean historic towns of Villefranche, Eze and Beaulieu are all on your doorstep and provide a great selection of fabulous traditional restaurants and browsing around interesting local shops.

    The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
    The minimum letting period is generally one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter letting periods are by special arrangement only. The letting prices are per week and per lodging. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid 60 days prior to commencement of the booking. If the booking is taken within 8 weeks of commencement then full payment will be required at time of booking. Accepted payment methods: paypal, bank transfer or bank draft.

    - Cancellation:
    You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the booking date, however no refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the booking.
  • We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover you for cancellations/loss or theft of your personal property.

    A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of the full amount is due 60 days before arrival. Bank details are attached for the credit transfer.

    To lodge the security deposit a payment of €500 should be sent to PayPal**
    before the arrival date, which will be reimbursed immediately at the end of the stay, subject to no breakages/damages. Please do not send the security deposit with the rental payment, always use PayPal as it is much faster to enable us to refund your deposit after your stay.

    The renter should be fully insured for personal injury, theft etc. The owner refuses
    all responsibility for recourse that an insurance company may exercise against the owner
    in the case of an accident.
  • Check in is at 4pm and departure is before 10 am on changeover day. If these arrangements do not suit you must contact the property manager Sara Jane Higgins either by email or by phone 0033667684994 (for email address, do not hesitate to contact the owner) a week before your arrival. If possible she will organise a check in/out that is convenient for you. We also have a key collection service at Nice Airport to enable you to collect the keys at any time if the meet and greet times are inconvenient.

    For rental periods of 1 week or less we charge a final cleaning charge of €50. This can be paid with the rental figure or left in cash in an envelope in the apartment on departure.

    All amounts will be refunded if reservation is canceled and the property can be let again for the same period and same amount.
