It is fully refurbished to a high standard to include air conditioning, new kitchen, new bathrooms and quality furniture. It offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing, self-catering holiday with outside terraces to catch all round sun and a swimming pool by its front door. Parking is available outside the villa. It is ideal for a family or those looking for a holiday in the sun with plenty to do.

Our villa is in the centre of the exclusive La Manga Club, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and many facilities.  La Manga Club is one of Europe's finest sports and leisure resorts.  It has 3 Championship golf courses, 28 tennis courts, football pitches, bowling green and a state of the arts Spa complex.  An easy 25 minute drive from Murcia Airport, it is also well connected by motorway to Cartagena and Murcia for sightseeing.  Close to the beaches of the Mar Menor for water sports and ideal for walks in the Murcian hills.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required on booking, the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday.

La Manga Club Facilities: La Manga Club offers 3 championship golf courses - golf should be booked in advance during busy periods and soft spikes are needed. Regular golf competitions are open to visitors. Other facilities include 28 tennis courts, many of which are floodlight, paddle tennis, gymnasium, squash, newly built state of the art spa with sauna and jacuzzi, bowling green, climbing walls, scuba diving school, crazy golf and cycle hire.

Other Facilities: There are 25 or more restaurants and bars to choose from on the resort and numerous other dining options in the surrounding villages. Also on the resort you will find banks, supermarkets, post office, doctor, dentist, pharmacies, clothes and sports shops and a petrol station. There is a mini-club which provides supervised activity for children from 6 months to 12 years. The 5 star Hyatt Hotel offers dining and entertainment until the early hours.
